Dory Cheng is a multimedia artist based in Hong Kong. She specialized in alternative print processes and experimental imagery. She accepts experimental items that are considered "failures" to discover alternative aesthetics. She is a member of Floating Projects Collective. She participated Documenta Fifteen 2022, a 100 days contemporary art exhibition in Kassel, Germany as artist residency program for 3 months. In recent years, she visit diverse art communities in Germany, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia. In 2021, she was awarded Julian Lee Asia One Photographic Award.
